About the Event
The Smart Mobility and AI Symposium will be a day-long gathering of UT students and interdisciplinary professionals across academia and industry to inform, examine, and discuss how Autonomous Vehicles (AV), Electric Vehicles (EV), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) impact transportation system and urban climate. This symposium aims to promote knowledge sharing, networking, and cooperation among all participants, and provide students with a space for interdisciplinary learning, relationship building, and problem-solving as AV/EV/AI techniques continue to shape our transportation systems.
The symposium will include two lecture sections: Smart Mobility and EV/AV Innovation, Smart Mobility and AI, and a panel discussion section. Symposium attendees will benefit from the rich diversity of perspectives present, and a networking lunch will allow opportunities for connection and collaboration.
This event is supported by the Center for Climate-Smart Transportation (CCST), which is a tier 1 university transportation center funded by the US DOT, and is organized by UT Austin researchers working on the Urban Information Lab (UIL) and the Mobility Systems Lab (MSL).
Please drop by any session of interest, but RSVP is needed for free Lunch & Networking!
